Service Description

Initial Engagement (90-minutes) Phone or Video Chat. This is our time of reflection and discovery. What comes up comes out. From here we start to create a vision of your desired outcomes. Phone instructions or a meeting link will be sent at the time of booking. Meeting rooms will be open up to 5 minutes before the engagement. A 5-minute "grace" period is extended for late starts. After the "grace" period, the engagement will be cancelled. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Engagements should be canceled at minimum 24 HOURS prior to the start time. If not cancelled - VIA CALL, EMAIL OR TEXT MAIL - before the 24 hour time frame, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. If canceled prior to 24 hours, any funds paid will be applied to a future engagement.
