Try aromatherapy using oils especially associated with instilling peace. Ylang-ylang can help bring peaceful balance to your day while lemon provides a deep sense of well-being.


MIND Imagine Your Kindness Flowing Back to You

You are a reflection of your predominant thoughts, beliefs, words, and actions. There is truth in the old adage that what you send out returns to you. So image what you’d like to manifest and your brain will take your desire as an instruction to create it.



SPIRIT Let the Wisdom of a Spiritual Teacher Guide You

Don’t be afraid to seek out help when it comes to manifesting peace in your life. A teacher can help lead your spirit to a place that is both kind and peaceful.

Week Four - Manifest Peace and Kindness


BODY Eat Five Fruits and Vegetables Daily

Eating a healthy diet is an act of kindness toward your body. Nutritious foods help sustain your body throughout the day, which has been known to improve mood.


MIND Silence Your Self-Critic

We all have that voice inside our head that tells us we aren’t good enough or that we can’t do something. When you catch that negative voice in your head, tune it out! Offer yourself strength by changing those thoughts into words of praise.


SPIRIT Turn Away from the News

Turn off your TV, cell phone, and other electronic devices to take a break from the news. Often the news is packed with negative messages, so instead use this time to tune into your higher self to obtain inner peace.
